If you are not satisfied with products you purchased online through our web site we accept returns or exchanges for any Real Cosmetics products upon receiving your items within 14 days of the PURCHASE DATE and ACCOMPANIED by its original receipt. Simply return the unused portion of the product and we will gladly refund the full amount of the purchase price of the product. If you prefer, you may exchange the product for other Real Cosmetic products. When exchanging or returning items, please include the original packing slip. Noting the items being exchanged and listing any items that should be sent in exchange.

If you purchased your item at a store, please refer to the particular stores own return policy for it may differ from our own. We’re sorry, but any products purchased at one of our affiliate stores will have to be returned/exchanged at the place of purchase.
