When I started Real Cosmetics, I wanted to fulfill a need that I had personally experienced. I didn't imagine that so many women felt the same way.

Despite our diverse backgrounds and unique experience, women have, for the most part, developed a uniform view of what is attractive, what is sexy, what is beautiful. For most of us, this is not what is reflected when we look in the mirror.

With Real Cosmetics, I hope to empower women to re-imagine the beauty ideal. Beauty is more than skin deep; it is the reflection of who we are as people, not as objects. And as every woman is unique on the inside, she should feel free to be unique on the outside.
